How fees work
- 1.25% platform fee on every payment (paid by landlord, capped at $5 for ACH)
- ACH bank transfers: landlord covers the fee. Max $5 per transaction regardless of rent amount.
- Card payments (credit, debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App): landlord can pass the processing fee to the tenant, split it 50/50, or cover it themselves.
- Buy-now-pay-later (Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay): same flexible fee handling as cards.
