AnyRentCloud has no monthly fees, setup fees, contracts, or per-unit charges. The base platform fee is waived for your first three months, then it is 0.75% of collected rent.
How fees work
- Base platform fee: 0% for the first three months, then 0.75% of every payment collected (paid by the landlord)
- ACH bank transfers: landlord covers the processing charge, up to $5 per transaction.
- Card payments (credit, debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App): 3.25% + $0.30 total, including Stripe processing and a 0.35% AnyRent Card Fee. The landlord can pass it to the tenant, split it 50/50, or cover it.
- Buy-now-pay-later (Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay): same flexible fee handling as cards.
