Keep the fee rule with the lease
Different leases can have different payment terms. AnyRentCloud stores late-fee settings with the lease rather than asking you to remember a rule for each tenant. Check the agreement and applicable requirements before configuring a fee, and review the resulting payment record when rent is overdue. The software applies the settings you supply; it does not select a lawful fee for you.
Review exceptions deliberately
A tenant payment may need an adjustment after a discussion or a bookkeeping correction. The tenant payment workflow includes a late-fee waiver with a reason, so the exception can be recorded rather than handled only in a private message. Confirm which scheduled payment you are changing and compare the updated record with the tenant conversation.

Check the costs before collecting rent
The base platform fee is 0% for the first three months, then 0.75% of collected payments. Payment processing and card fees still apply during the introductory period.
ACH processing is landlord-paid, up to $5 per payment. Card processing totals 3.25% + $0.30, including the 0.35% AnyRent Card Fee. Review pricing and fee-payer details before choosing your payment setup.
