Our property management platform
Rental maintenance management software
Track maintenance tickets, updates, notes, and controlled share links against the rental issue being resolved.
Give each repair its own record
A leaking sink can generate several messages before anyone fixes it. Our maintenance workflow gives the issue a ticket where you can review its details, update the record, and add notes as the work progresses. Keeping updates on the ticket helps distinguish the original request from a later visit, a revised description, or a completed action.
Share deliberately, not by forwarding everything
Ticket visibility controls and generated share links let you decide when a maintenance record should be accessible outside the normal dashboard. Review the information on the ticket before sharing it, particularly tenant contact details or notes that were written for internal use. A share link is a way to provide context; it is not proof that a contractor has accepted or completed the job.
Getting started
- Create a ticket with the property and a clear description of the issue.
- Add progress notes and update the ticket as the work changes.
- Review visibility before sharing a link, then confirm the outcome before closing the record.
What to know before you use it
Maintenance tracking is not emergency dispatch. For immediate safety issues, use the appropriate emergency or repair contact rather than waiting for an application update.
