Our property management platform

Property and unit management software

Organize rental properties, units, photos, and documents so each address has a clear operational record.

Start with the property, then the units

An address, a unit, and a tenant are different records. Our property management workflow keeps those relationships clear: add the property, define its units, and connect the relevant tenancy and lease. That structure matters when one building contains several households or a tenant moves out while the property record stays in use.

Keep the context with the address

Property photos, uploaded documents, and recorded expenses belong alongside the rental they describe. Instead of using a spreadsheet row as the only reference, open the property's record to review its units and supporting information. Bulk property creation is available for bringing multiple properties and their units into the system; review imported details before adding leases.

Getting started

  1. Add the rental property's name and address.
  2. Create the units and check their details.
  3. Attach useful property documents and connect the relevant tenant and lease records.

What to know before you use it

Accurate property and unit records are the starting point. Importing a property does not verify its address, ownership, or lease terms for you.
