Give each collaborator their own access
When another person helps with rental administration, sharing the owner's password makes it harder to control access later. Organization settings provide member invitations and role management so authorized collaborators can use their own accounts. Review the recipient's email and select the appropriate available role before sending an invitation.
Review access as responsibilities change
An unaccepted invitation and an active membership are different things. AnyRentCloud provides controls to revoke pending invitations, update member roles, and remove members, along with an organization activity log. Revisit access when a collaborator's responsibilities change, and keep financial or administrative permissions limited to the people who need them.
Getting started
- Open organization team settings with an authorized account.
- Invite the collaborator using their own email and the appropriate role.
- Review members and pending invitations regularly, removing access that is no longer needed.
What to know before you use it
Organization permissions control who can manage members. Available capabilities depend on the account's role and enabled organization settings; an invitation does not unlock every product capability.

Check the costs before collecting rent
The base platform fee is 0% for the first three months, then 0.75% of collected payments. Payment processing and card fees still apply during the introductory period.
